Heritage Project – Wellbeing Stories

At the end of the Banbury Heritage Project, participants shared their stories of why they first got involved, the impacts the project had for them, and what they might do next. These ‘Wellbeing Stories’ were captured and crafted together through a new wellbeing Reflection Tool that is still in development.

Each story starts from the participant’s choice of a wellbeing theme: Connection, Growth, Enjoyment, Direction or Purpose.

Find out more about these themes and the reflection process behind the Wellbeing Stories by downloading and reading this document.
